Vatika Group has launched these three type of floors in 2008 with the name of Emilia Floors built upon 180 sq yards, Primrose Floors built upon 240 sq yards and Iris Floors built upon 300 sq yard plot size which is spreading in Sector 82 & 83, Vatika India Next. These floors are entirely sold out by the company. These are available in resale. These Vatika Floors are considered as Premium floors since these are built up as per LOW-DENSITY FAR NORMS and that is the only reason these have ground + 2 structures
These floors are located in Sector 82 & 83 of Gurgaon which are majorly developed by Vatika Group itself. Schools, Markets, restaurants, mini plex, entertainment zone all are at walkable distance. These floors are equidistance from National Highway 8 and Dwarka Expressway.
There are certain issues about quality construction but most of them are fixed by owners and maintenance agency. These floors are attractive for tenants and actual home buyers.
