Vatika Group has launched these three type of floors in 2008 with the name of Emilia Floors built upon 180 sq yards, Primrose Floors built upon 240 sq yards and Iris Floors built upon 300 sq yard plot size which is spreading in Sector 82 & 83, Vatika India Next. These are total in numbers approx. 1200 floors. Almost possession of Vatika Floors has been awarded. These are almost 95% occupied either by owners or tenants.
Vatika Floors are considered as the main pulling factor for the habitation of New Gurgaon.
